新加坡-5月14日-全球半導體產業之化學機械研磨技術領先與創新廠商--羅門哈斯電子材料公司今天宣布其CMP Technologies事業處 獲頒Systems on Silicon Manufacturing Company’s (SSMC’s) 2007年年度最佳供應商.這也是羅門哈斯在4年內年第二次從SSMC獲得此項殊榮。這個獎項是類似羅門哈斯今年三月所獲得的日立半導體新加坡卓越供應商獎。
