CX20562  USB Speakers-on-a-Chip with Hardware Acoustic Echo Cancellation DSP
The CX20562 is the world’s first family of Speakers-on-a-Chip (SPoC) solutions that integrate the functionality of a digital/voice processor, audio Codec and Class-D amplifier in one cost-effective 48-pin Quad Flat-No Lead (QFN) package. Conexant has leveraged its expertise in voice, audio and IP solutions to deliver technical innovations that dramatically improve audio quality, such as BrightSound™, a Conexant-developed sound processing algorithm. The chipset is optimized with stereo, high fidelity 24-bit DAC for music rendering, built-in echo-free speakerphone with wideband Acoustic Echo Cancellation (AEC) and a noise-reduction hardware Digital Signal Processor (DSP). The high quality music speaker and voice speakerphone is made possible with the latest advances in all-CMOS mixed-signal and DSP integration. The SPoC turnkey solution eliminates the need for a multiple-chip reference design, and makes it easy and cost-effective for manufacturers to design convergence products for high definition audio and voice applications.
